Technical difficulties
Jul. 19th, 2006 11:12 amToday must be technical difficulty day.
Reason 1: Pretty sure that any recent emails I've sent have either not gone through. Vexing, considering one of them was about the September preorder of DOOM. Meh, sometimes you just can't give your money away. :p
R2: Dad wanted me to scan something in. So I go to scan and the computer and scanner have apparently broken up, again. The computer would not recognize the scanner. I tried one way, nada. Another way, dead silence. A third way, nothing. Singing, dancing, swearing, elbow grease, nothing. I still have no idea what the hell I did to fix it, but it eventually worked. However, as I was doing all the -ing stuff, I realized...
R3: The printer had gone and died. Dunno how or why or what, but it wouldn't work. I think it ran off with the scanner, they got a quickie marriage, and the computer found out and cut the bitches off.
Yeah, some people might think in technical terms. I prefer to think it's all a relationship problem.
Hmm. I seem unable to kick the Sweet Valley bug that bit me a couple of months ago. Usually I cycle through my obsessions. Like for a few months I'll be on my Tori kick which will bleed into a MCR kick, which inevitably bleeds into AFI [sometimes the other way around] and then we end up at something totally random. Sub in some other random love affair for the music and you get the idea.
*yawn* Hmm. *scuttles off to do something important*
