the black parade in dark, fuzzy form
Nov. 3rd, 2006 09:20 amHrmm. In retrospect, it seems I goofed when I assumed I had the MCR $2 bill concert on tape. Well, the version I thought I did. Woe. They really shouldn't make one half an hour and then extend it at a later time. No. Uncool. *pout*
However, the musical fandom Gods decided to give me a break considering the big head meet forehead moment above and the week long wait for my LE version of The Black Parade. The break? When I opened the pretty fuzzy box of darkness and started carefully pawing through the stuff, instead of the four prints, I got eight. It was... odd. I pulled out the fourth one, fully expecting the book to be next and I see the first print again. So I look and make sure I still have all four in my hands. I do. I couldn't very well scratch my head in confusion, so instead I picked the fifth up and saw the second one, then the third and fourth. Oddity. I know, you got the idea before I beat you to death with the list, but... deal. Near as I can tell, there isn't anything missing, so it's not like they doubled up on one thing and skimped on another. Score!
Naturally it showed up on short sleep day, so I killed an hour I didn't have to spare flipping through the book. For I'm that kind of girl. Did the same when Tori arrived, so I had to give equal time to MCR. Or something.
when you go, would have the guts to say
I don't love you like I loved you
yesterday
Yeah, I'll kick the addiction sometime soon. Maybe. Mebbe not. I'm lacking in other things to obsess easily over, so it could be awhile. *hum*
Totally random: It's a bit of a mindfuck that it's Friday already. Perhaps a part of that could be attributed to the fact that I called in sick for Halloween. But it seems like someone took a giant chunk of my week and tossed it aside. No idea where the time went and my feet are killing me enough that I should believe I've got two days left in my week.
Wow. Friday.
I think I'm drifting again. Still, it's windy and cold and even though the sun is up and obnoxious, I think I might go outside and sit for a bit. I wish the hammock were still up.
In more random news, I'm horrible at signing cards. Really... horrible. Just thought I'd share.
