soo...that was different
Apr. 3rd, 2007 08:41 amSoooo. I watched last night's Bachelor, making that a first for me. I don't know if I've ever made my stance on reality programming clear, but if not, here it is: EVIL. Not all of them are completely evil, but a good many are, and they tend to lean towards cringe-worthy TV, something I can live without.
That said, I watched anyway. Seriously, we all knew I would. Granted, I taped it so I could FF through all the crap, and yes, I taped it on the DF tape I was pretty sure was a dud [it is] so the sound was a little wonky for bits, but still, I skimmed.
Annnnnnd realized pretty quickly why I don't watch dating shows. Low tolerance for the crazy that abounds.
Not sure if it counts as good news or bad news that Kate made it through to the next... round? Episode? Whatever.
But who knew that when the situation called for something drastic, you should do the worm? Exactly. I didn't know either.
Now, I'm off to shower and pretend that work is not impending.
Oh, and yesterday brought us two new pairs of shoes. Not sure if this is a good thing, as when I came home, one pair pretty much looked at me and laughed. o_O On the other hand, new Kim Harrison book, so I say yay for outlet shopping.
