I hate you for not being here, but I can deal with that most days. I hate that you're so fucking wrapped up in your own unhappiness that you can't fucking be bothered to make an effort towards anyone else. But mostly I hate that you don't even fucking try to stay in touch. At all.

Which I would tell him only hate and other things don't mix well.
Today is not a good day. I think tomorrow will be better.
