Forgive me, Father, for I love the drama. Even old drama that doesn't really impact me in any way shape or form, I love coming into a fandom, realizing it's Insane, and reading about [hopefully?] long dead drama. It's dinner theatre!
Ah, good, good times. Forgive me again while I indulge my current obsession. You know me. Give it a week or two [maybe less] and it'll fade. I'm very easily distracted after the first week of insanity.
Crap, I can't remember if tonight is a 12 or a 10. I think it's 12. I'll just act like it's a 12. Yeah, that's it. Cuz I think this week is all 12's and 11's. This was so much easier when it was essentially set for the first three days and Friday/Saturday matched each other. Then someone had to go and complain about not getting to work the other shift, even though they made it so I will have to work 12 on Wednesday for the rest of my natural life there. How is that fair? Your "needs" [and yeah, I'm going to get obnoxious with the quotation marks] trump mine? Forever? BAH. I was fine with the Wednesdays of doom until you got all cranky and fucked up my schedule. Because, you see, by requesting this switch, it took a fairly simple system and turned it upside down. Sigh. The less I think of this, the happier I am.
In other news, Ruthie's been shipped. Maybe. We're in that limbo stage where one site says she has, the other just says it's theoretically possible... and I say bother. She will show up Thursday as that'll be the day I have the least amount of time to devote to her. Possibly Friday, as I'll be even more tired than I was the day before. But she's totally allowed to prove me wrong and appear earlier. *nods*
Okay. I've got a question about a book I just finished reading. I don't know whether it's too much time spent in the supernatural areas of entertainment has skewed my world view or if it's something else entirely. ( When discussing blood of my blood... )
Spoilers for Any Given Doomsday, or whatever it's called. *is lazy* And I do mean serious spoilers.
