mmm. purple!
Apr. 11th, 2009 10:35 amI am so effing tired I lack the words to fully explain how tired I am. But widget returns today and there are a few things I need to do before he comes home. Paid my taxes [score!] and now I can buy shiny flowers.
But, apparently not my shiny rose as it's sold out. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK.
Today? Not. My. Day. Who else waited twenty minutes for their breakfast only to find out, once they got home, that the order was wrong? At least it was just onions and not tomatoes. Ick.
*sips soda and is happier* Blew a small bit of money on my gardening goodness. Didn't get my pretty purple rose, obviously, but got the other two I liked almost as much. Gotta save something for next year, I guess. I'm trying to decide what else to get.
( Flowers are eating my brain. )
Hrmm. Thoughts? Suggestions? Alternatives to the above?
I'm resisting the urge to throw wisteria in there somewhere because if I really wanted to experience the bee induced hysteria, I could walk down to the end of the street. Or wait and just walk outside and breathe in. I miss having some in my own yard, but I don't really miss the extra bees. The holly brings enough as it is.
