I'm a failure as a stalker
Jun. 7th, 2009 08:49 pmMy stalking plan failed. I choose to believe that it failed because she was out. Either working or with family or something. Hopefully she'll get her note and it'll make her smile just a tad. Hopefully? Yes.
Because my stalking failed, I went to Big Lots and perused the toy aisle. Apparently they decided they didn't need three aisles devoted to toys. So they have one and a half. ...Joy. I considered, briefly, snagging Street Sweet Kennedy in addition to Splashy K, but decided that all I really needed was an umbrella. I was sad that no Nolancey could be found, but didn't really expect her to be there anyway. Snickered at the poor FF Summer someone had stolen the shirt from, and ooohed over the Black Canary doll and again, seriously debated buying. Decided against because $20 for an outfit that would just get stolen seemed like something better spent on another paycheck. Did buy an American Girl game, though. Haven't played it yet.
So, I still feel kind of blergh. Is it the neverending cycle of insanity? Or the need for sleep that isn't just a really bad nap? I hate taking a nap and the sleep I get is ruined by horrid dreams that are not only boring, but also make me feel worse than when I initially passed out. It's just cruel. Cruel, I tells you!
What else is also cruel? Widget finally 'earned' his Build A Bear and... couldn't be more of a jerk about it. Thus still unordered. *eyes Hello Kitty* If I were a cruel and evil Aunty, I would just assume he was done ordering, ignoring the fact that he's been off his meds for days and thus not exactly thinking the logical thoughts... and use the rest of the money to buy me a Hello Kitty. But I won't.
