Books are my drug
Sep. 5th, 2010 01:31 pmMight I second this opinion? I know I've said this, more than once, but books and I have a love affair going on and it's always nice to know I'm not quite so alone in that boat.
In which T.S. says what I cannot say.
Or, you might recall, we default back to Giles and his smelly books theory.
Apparently my cousin's firstborn is my mini-me. Who knew?
My goal for my two days off is to figure out the new fall season premieres. What I'm interested in, what I don't give a rat's ass about, and when things need to be recorded versus whether I can watch something online. So far the only thing I know I'm really looking forward to (new show wise) is Hellcats. You may laugh, and I don't blame you, but years of Sweet Valley books, plus a mostly healthy appreciation for Bring it On (the original) means I have to give it a shot. Thing is, I have very little interest in their 'outsider' character, Marti. I think I will mostly be watching for Savannah, peppy captain of the squad.
And I have no interest at all in the new Nikita reboot, which I think shows exactly how screwed up my taste in television truly is.
