Gift-pocalypse!

All right. Ordered both parts of Cassy's present. Part one from Build-a-Bear. I'm still not entirely sure how I ended up doing that one since part two is pretty friggin' expensive. But there was a BaB sale and until I realized that American Girl seems to have switched over to Fed-Ex more often than not, I figured at least the BaB order would arrive on time.

Fed-Ex is infinitely faster than UPS (knock on wood) most often, so odds are good her doll will arrive before the BaB thing. Eventually she will either ship Bitty Twin the second to me or possibly she'll just bring her down when she next visits.

To prove how quickly the FedEx moves, I ordered my Felicity on Friday. She is supposed to be here tomorrow. UPS delivery would have been at the end of the week at the earliest. We'll see. We'll see.

I have things I want to do today so I'll post this unlike the last fifteen I've started/finished/discarded. You may be amazed.

Stick the landing, kids

Okay, one of the things I wanted to do today was to finally get around to watching Hellcats. Originally I was just going to shuffle to my room and watch it in there, but then I thought that since ratings were not spectacular, I should probably do what little I could and watch online. CW's player isn't as clear as I would like, but it wasn't awful video quality wise.

Nor was the show awful. It's been put on my Watch Weekly list.

It is always, always better to end and leave us going, "Wait, it's over already? No way!" than to be checking our watches, man. Well played.

I hope that the show does well enough to stay on the air. I think it'll be a fun one to watch.
