*dance* It's not really as big as that might make it sound, but I'm pretty happy. :D Every day for the past... forever, with a couple of exceptions, I have been dutifully going to ABCFamily's site and participating in their Pretty Little Liars incrowd. I was pretty sure I'd never make the top three and thus no iPad for me, HOWEVER... I did crack the top 20-something after that (I'm currently lucky #13) and that made me eligible for a prize pack. :D Which includes?
An ABC Family Goodie Bag which may include: [1] DVD of episodes from the Show; [2] soundtrack from Show; [3] sunglasses; [4] shirt (large size only); [5] ABC Family branded mug and [6] poster. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $57.

I replied and they sent confirmation and now I just have to wonder how long til it appears. YAYS!
Next on the agenda, oh god, the candy is trying to kill me. Mom won a thing of candy from the library (guess how many pieces of candy are in the Tupperware container) and she gave me some pieces from it. The Laffy Taffy was nasty. The butterscotch was nasty. What the shit is this, people?
So. Everyone else is discussing it, which means I have to as well. Disney Toddlers. Waaaaaaay back when (don't ask me for dates or times, people. I can't do everything for you) they made a Rapunzel toddler. She was adorable and all sad and pouty and the cute killed me. But as is the nature of the beast, she sold out. Gone. I cried. Maybe not literally, but on the inside, I cried. So cute! So gone! Punzie might actually be my Disney princess, you see, although I'm not sure they've actually created one that I love above all others. She's close, with the freckles and the fact that good lord they go out of their way to make the dolls unusual. And that I can appreciate. (By unusual I mean some have been described, and this is the polite way of phrasing it, as butt ass ugly.)
So when word came that they were doing an entire line after realizing there was a market of glee for this, well... Yes please! Originally I saw this picture and said, Mulan, Pocahontas, Punzie, and Tiana, come on down! Possibly Auorora because lookit that. She looks so weird! So awesome, man. But it could go either way, you know?
And then I waited. I planned. I plotted. The delightful thing about dolls about this height is that they are just large enough to mess with people. You set them up outside someone's door (like when they're in the bathroom) and then you scamper off and await the "oh my god, why?!" shriek. Seriously, this is my favorite thing to do at times. It's just one of those things that never, ever gets old. NEVER.
So. Alerted that they've been spotted. Flickr also brings us this and this, though the last is compiled of the Disney Store pics. Anyway. Punzie, yes. Snow White, no. Easy. Things become more difficult as we move on. Cindy is actually cuter than I would have thought possible, but I can probably say no. Ariel is harder because in some shots she's adorable and in others she's unfortunate and looks nothing like Ariel. It's weird. Belle is very cute, but I think I can admire from afar although if I find I cannot and she's still available, she will live on my bookcases with the actual books. Jasmine is cute in some pics, dull in others. There's something not quite right. Pocahontas is killing me (to the point that I might just go ahead and order her...), Tiana managed to slide right out of contention for me, and Mulan is in waffle territory. Some pics yes. Some pics no. Aurora, however, is the wildcard. Mums is all "ew, no" because she looks positively evil in some pictures. This is not a deterrent for me. So, free shipping. What to do. Because P&P will not really be able to pull off the "AIiiiiiiieeeeeeeeee!" when left outside a door. Aurora, however, should scare people. Perfect for Halloween.
