Eeeeee! I have many a good thing to share, so let's get started on that.
Yesterday was my half birthday, which I don't really celebrate because kids didn't really start doing that until a few years after it would have helped me any. (It's not a thing in high school, or hell, even most of middle school, really.) But thanks to fabulous timing by the amazing
zallia, I got a box filled with awesome. :D So it was like Christmas and a half birthday all rolled into one. *dances*
Tomorrow I'll attempt pictures but for now Dance Class!Howleen is sitting next to my computer, being so cute that it should be illegal. Ozma keeps eying her like "hey. I'm the cute one here." Next to Howleen is the Granny Smith/Big McIntosh/Apple Jack MLP set. Eee!
(The rest must be seen to be properly appreciated, k?)
Today was payday, so Mums and I went out hunting Scaris Deuce. We didn't find him (so if you do, bag and tag him and lemme know, k?) but I did find a good Skull Shores 5 Pack. Frankie is actually prettier than I thought she'd be, who knew?
I also finally saw some of the Dance Class dolls in person. Okay, just Operetta and Lagoona (and yes, Lagoona came home with me) but still! Snagged Lagoona and Draculaura's newer basic fashion packs. They had an empty spot for the basic Scaris dolls but they're not anywhere in town yet.
Saw the new MLP princesses, but I'd blown my budget already so they stayed there.
Ventured to Walmart where I saw Ghouls Alive Clawdeen (just as unfortunate in person as online) and Spectra (WANT). Saw the Picture Day dolls (again, Spectra WANT) and Skelita. I considered her but this one looked like her neck fob was probably broken, given how her head was tilted. So I didn't.
Snagged the rest of the MH picture-card things at Target and updated my wishlist/checklist.
Emailed the bloggers behind my SV rant. We await further information from the publisher. At least I wasn't the only unhappy camper.
