impy: Lorelai Gilmore making her forks fight with the text 'Take That!' (crazy)
Updated my MH checklists again. They're fab, I know. I'm behind on some things and mostly caught up on others. Tis the nature of the beast. Trying to figure out which line to work on carving out next. *muse*

*yawns* Egads, I'm tired. It doesn't help that it's the monthly reminder that I can indeed become super pale and when you see this, you should probably just send me on my merry way because nothing good comes of it. :P

I'm unsure as to Tumblr etiquette (does such a thing exist?) but I seem to have somehow ended up following two people whose posts seem to be 90% stuff I either don't want to see or have no interest in. For the life of me I cannot figure out how I ended up with either one, especially when you consider my Tumblr list is as follows:
autumn/seasonal
you guys
slice of life
artist
and someone I added the other day.

So I'm left to conclude that one of three things happened:

  • My brain was hijacked without my knowledge or

  • A seasonal blog switched content ENTIRELY or

  • At 3am or something one night I didn't realize that "ooh, this is pretty" would later turn into "wtf is with this altar to preppiness"/"why is there like some naked chick grinding on some fully clothed dude in artsy b&w?" But every time I'm about to say "nope, buh-bye" they'll post something relevant to my interests.

Sort of like the people on Facebook I'm thisclose to blocking/deleting. Every time I think I'm ready to do it, they'll pull up from behind with something worth keeping them around for.

Lesse. In other irrational news, I waffle between two reactions when a friend of a friend is all fangirlie over something I introduced friend to and they're fangirling without me (dammit!): Either I squee about someone else being part of the tribe or I get irrationally irked that HELLO, you would still be BLIND TO THE AWESOME if not for me. Every single time.

Well. Aside from the recent eyerolling over the Angel post that went from mocking Vincent Kartheiser on Mad Men to his role on Angel (to which I still say that had they avoided that fucking AWFUL storyline, and you know full well which one I mean and if not the next part will give it away, Connor wasn't all that awful) to blaming Charisma Carpenter for her leaving the show (wha...?) and that just ended in me walking away before even trying to engage. I've learned that walking into a Whedon-verse discussion with strangers can end badly. Instead I just remembered that VK did that movie with Patrick Stewart that apparently did horribly at the box office but was a blast to watch when it came out. I'm sure it does not hold up well at all, but it does mean that when you play the geek game, Connor outfoxed Captain Picard, or atleast evil!Picard.

Which amuses me.

You bored? Then do this:
give me a character and i will answer:

why I like them
why I don’t
favorite episode (scene if movie)
favorite season/movie
favorite line
favorite outfit
otp
brotp
head canon
unpopular opinion
a wish
an oh-god-please-don’t-ever-happen
5 words to best describe them
my nickname for them

Oh, and the coupon lady returned last night with her granddaughter who was sporting festive Tegan hair in blond. It was adorable.
