Charmed Rewatch: Thank You For Not Morphing

Thank You For Not Morphing is probably the single biggest retconned episode in the Charmed continuity and given how fast and loose they play with continuity, that's saying something. It's where we finally meet the infamous Victor (he goes by Halliwell here but when he pops back up later he'll be Victor Bennet) and learn whether he's worth all the anger Prue has towards him. (Spoiler: yes and no.) It's impossible for me to separate this episode from all the Victor episodes that come later, so you're warned for spoilers for allllllllll kinds of stuff. Sorry.

Oh, and this episode marks the first appearance of Leo Wyatt.

Went with Mums to drop my brother off and on the way back I looked at various lights people had up. The neighborhood I grew up in had a depressingly low number of decorations and the whole place felt very claustrophobic somehow. I'm not really sure how to explain it other than the road felt very narrow and the houses, particularly the newer or remodeled ones, felt much closer to the road (probably were as people invariably went for bigger on the changes) and it wasn't helped by the roads having leaves and pine straw and other stuff in them. I think this might be the last time I ask to go ride through as it doesn't feel at all like home to me anymore. Not that it's been home for the last 20 years but it really doesn't feel that way now.
