Dec. 20th, 2018 11:09 amApparently the snickerdoodles just needed a couple of days to soften up. Which sounds gross but they taste so good right now. *stuffs cookies into mouth and regrets NOTHING*
Well, I regret that my feet hurt but that's neither here nor there. I checked on Melody to make sure she looked okay and while I didn't take her out of the box (so her hair could be a mess) I did promptly fall in love. Her bangs don't seem too short and I was immediately struck with the desire to buy all the stuff from her collection that I don't already have. Maybe not all because I'm not really in the market for that recording studio. But that weird dress that everyone who hasn't read the books is always harping on for being too adult for her? Immediately wanted it just cuz it's hers. :P This doesn't happen often, but some dolls do prompt it. Ivy was probably the easiest when it came to this since AG didn't do shit for her collection but Molly and Felicity both made similar requests.
In other AG news, Nanea's dog, Mele, has lost her bed... and I gather Mele herself is possibly on the way out? I don't really have the money right now to snag her, but I find it really stupid if it's true because of ALL the dolls currently available, and this fucking includes Felicity, Nanea's dog is SUPERFUCKINGIMPORTANT to her story. Nanea spends a lot of time worrying/thinking about her dog. It's a plot point in more than one book. Mele should be the last thing yanked from Nanea's collection. Mele's bed, however, is a travesty and AG should be ashamed considering it's way too small for that dog.
I should probably get some sleep now.
