Sep. 10th, 2020 11:48 amI may regret this, but I agreed to work overtime this paycheck. I figured OT and holiday pay would make a sweet, sweet paycheck. I hope so, anyway.
Also, I'm hoping they'll take this into consideration when reviewing my time off request for October. :P
I remembered what I forgot to mention last update and that's that I changed my showerhead again. Surprisingly enough, the plastic one I got at work had some water pressure issues (though I'm not 100% sure it's just the showerhead) so I snagged another one from work that's less plastic. Bonus, this one also had the bit that holds it above your head so for the first time in aaaaaages (possibly since we moved in- I don't think the one I replaced had the little holder either) I've had showers that don't involve me having to contort myself into a pretzel just to get clean. I will say that had I more time to pick a better option, I'd probably be a smidge happier but who knows? It says it has six settings but only two seem to be at all useful, and one of them is kinda repeated for the other four options so... eh. But it meant I didn't have to stop somewhere else or wait on shipping, so huzzah!
Caved and bought the new Sally Hansen Insta Dri Sour Patch Kids top coat before I left work this morning. I debated the other colors in the collab but couldn't really tell if they were different colors from the core line or just renamed for Halloween cuteness. luxken27 will know and maybe let me know if she finds them in the wild. I guess I could just compare them in store, however...
I'm working OT because the new girl quit. So my time is limited.
Oh, and circling back, but I did obviously buy two other polishes since it's buy 2, get 1 free. Snagged Sorry, Not Sorry and Make A Splash from the Mega Strength line. Now we sleep.
