Aug. 18th, 2021 12:08 pmMy god, save us from all the ugh, I hate drama. I'm just so over it. types. Because you know full well they always, always have the drama and they always, always add to it. I myself enjoy a good spot of drama from the sidelines. I don't particularly enjoying throwing down in the mud myself, but I live for the dramatic stories so I can't say I don't 'do' drama, y'know?
Sigh.
So. Second episode of What If...? was amazing but also proves I can't tell most of the Marvel actor's voices.
Also watched the first three episodes of Hulu's Nine Perfect Strangers which was... a ride.
I was able to do this because I called out of work last night. I started feeling funny yesterday afternoon and then felt okay about an hour after dinner, but when I woke up at 8:30 and got up to hit the bathroom, I kind of felt like someone was trying to stab my insides. So I called out and got the weirdest reaction I've ever gotten. I gather my usual overnight lead either called out or simply wasn't scheduled for last night (not sure which) and the lead I was talking to was having her kid cover for the usual... so she says, "well, I'm texting SM and I'll just close the store." Which... is fine if the other minion had also called out but she didn't, not yet anyway, so... wtf? Also, if I'm soooooo important, maybe I should be making more than what I'm making, mm? But I did feel better about calling out if they were just going to close anyway.
I now have a massive headache and I'm not sure why. Ozma is kicking my chest so I'm going to down something for said headache and try to feel better because I don't really have another sick day.
