impyThe Foretelling [Alice Hoffman] was freakishly good. I expect good things from her, but this one was better somehow. It's like she managed to change styles just enough so that you didn't know what to expect, other than it would be good and might make you cry. Biiiig thumbs up. :D
I need a shower. I feel icky, and yes, I'm aware that I'm not terribly articulate this morning. Woe. Tonight I work at 10, which is nice. Tomorrow I work alone. Not so nice. However new magazines should be put up sometime soon, which is always fun. Wheeee!
Decided to attempt to buy Lan. If it doesn't go through [as in she makes Fanatica look like a slow seller], then I'll hope she went to people who actually wanted her. If I get her and I don't like her, I'm sure I'll find someone who will. If I get her and love her, yay. Unlike most of the other "enh"s, I like her enough to chance it.
Laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. My mother's birthday is next week. I preordered HP6 for her. I bought her candy and a card, and if she looks longingly at some food place over the weekend, I have enough socked away to treat her to a munchable.
Now, if my Scrubs DVD would hurry up and get here, I could relax.
Headache. Again. dammit.
