Rage? Issues? Moi?

impyCould someone explain to me why I had to work an extra thirty minutes today? Cuz the only reason I can come up with is my coworkers, especially the boss, suck massively.
See, around 7:45, Rene called in to say that she'd run out of gas, and I assumed this meant she'd be late. To which I was ticked, but I transfered her to zee boss anyway. Not too long after that, Liz appears. Right before 8, Erica appears. Shortly after 8, Liz heads off to cosmetics for five minutes. Max. Then she and Erica both disappear into the office are and aren't seen for another fucking half an hour. Meanwhile I'm getting pretty ticked because obviously they aren't working. They're gossiping. They're standing around saying, "Gosh you're pretty. No, you're pretty"... Whatever. Thing is, they aren't fucking working, so one of them could fucking come up to the goddamn register and not fucking work up there while I go the fuck home. But nooooooo. Twenty minutes after 8, Rene appears. She heads back to the office and I glance at my watch and realize seven minutes have gone by. If she was getting bitched out, they usually keep it to five minutes, max. 8:31? Liz shows up to let me go home. Why the fuck couldn't you have done it a fucking half an hour ago?
So I paste a smile on, run from the register [which is so fucking beyond spotless that it had better be that way when I get to work tonight or heads will fucking roll] head to the back, nearly kill myself trying to throw the damn trash away, and then go to punch out. With murderous rage on the rise, I thought of popping in and asking, "the fuck?" to the boss, but it sounded like he was on the phone, so I didn't.
No. Fucking. Reason. Except to screw me over.
Half an hour, what's so bad about that, you might ask. You might want your head handed to you on a bloody platter if you do ask. Normally this would have just ticked me off, but for fuck's sake, this same asshole of a boss still won't let go of his fucking stupid plan for us to work 8 days in a row as often as inhumanly possible. So. Much. Hate.
This has obviously been brought to you by the word fuck. As in, you can go fuck yourself.
