impyIf someone would explain why I'm doing something nice for my brother, I would definitely appreciate it. As it is, he's bumming songs from me because he's too lazy to find them on his own. Okay and the fact that I pretty much deleted everything that could possibly help in this quest probably doesn't help much either, but sometimes you have to take drastic measures.
Yeah, I stopped following my argument there too. :p Anyone wanna help me break [temporarily since I figure it's only bending them if you plan on buying the CDs sometime in the immediate future] some copyright laws?
But first I have to figure out what the hell the first song he wants is. As it stands, I've only found one on his list of 5. I have another, but I'm not sure if it's the right one. You gotta give me more than, "y'know, that one by -band-?" No. I don't know. I only know the one I'm currently previewing because you had it turned up so loud that I was hearing The Killers and The Phantom of the Opera at the same time. Mind. Fuck.
So. Phantom. I spent my afternoon watching that. Gotta say I expected more, though I couldn't tell you why since the number of people who said they saw it [that I know] was relatively small. I think it's one of those movies I'd have adored in the theatre and merely like at home. It's my own damn fault for not catching it when it finally got here, but that doesn't mean I don't get to sigh about it.
I did a whole bunch of nothing on my days off. Spent most of it infront of the TV. Or asleep. Not cool. On the other hand, got some reading done as well, so I won't complain.
People who post on communities and leave a bunch of space
like that? Should. Be. Shot. Especially if they do it over and over and over again.
So, lesse. At the end of the day I still have no idea if the boy wanted disturbed's stricken or guarded [not that I could find either... yet], didn't find shout 2000, nor did I find the kanye west jaime foxx gold digger. but I have hopes for that one.
What I did find were two possibilities for whatever white stripes song he asked for [and if neither one of them is it, I won't cry], and the killer's song he wanted. Wow. I helped so much. This is why you give me more than "that song! you know, that song?" No. I do not. A little help, like, "that new song? it goes like..." or possible lyrics? That I can work with. I'm geek enough to try and hunt it down just for the thrill of the hunt.
