Anyway. Had rant, computer froze, rant died. Woe. Moving right along. Eternia, Froggy, and their boy came yesterday. No pictures yet because a) I don't feel like being called a freak just yet and b) the batteries. Think of the batteries. Anyway, they're all quite lovely and still in their respective boxes. The green eyes! :D

Might've picked out dress for ari woo foo's wedding. Not sure. Emailed her. No response. Meh.

I will allow myself this one rant because I'd rather get it all out now than hold it in and go insane just in time for the day of would be joy. Maybe work policies changed, but she used to go on and on about how she could call out and just have it be her day off, not a sick day. Or she could request in advance a day off, switched around. Awesome, yes? Then no, I was told it would be dinner, but dinner's cool.

Now I'm told she has a new work schedule and she'll be working all fucking day. And I mean all. Day. 10-9.

This of course means she's backing out of spending any part of my birthday with me. "I guess this means I'll just have to see you, like, the day before. No problem."

I shouldn't be so picky as I haven't been able to spend her birthday with her before and she's asked, but at the same time last year was her own damn fault. I asked her, repeatedly and she kept saying she was going out of town, right up until the week before and then her plans changed.

Still. Must. Remain. Calm.

You may place your bets on the other one doing nothing, even though I know full well she's not working then.
