impyBehold! My pretty, pretty dolly came today. I kind of expected my friends page to explode from the newness, but apparently not much has changed. Still in the HP-coma and bitching about the colossal fuckup that was the Tori VIP package sale. Oops.
So. New dolly is one of the Rozen Maidens. To show how much I pay attention, despite owning two of the other releases, I only just noticed that they stamped "Rozen Maiden" on the stand, too. Go figure. Barasuishou demanded that she come home cuz she was purple and fantastic. Of course she chose to show up during a horrific thunderstorm. The kind where you kind of curl up in your closet and pray for sunshine again. In her box she looked exceptionally creepy. I don't think any of the pictures I took captured that, but whoa. Creepy. Hide under someone else's bed and run away creepy. Which is sorta awesome. The eyepatch and I had issues, but that's because I don't have much time today.
I like this one cuz it shows the boots, man, and they look pretty. The flower on 'em looks sort of stupid, but it's better than a big giant fake flower, so we'll call it a win.
Unlike Lor, Miss Bara didn't show up with her eyepatch already on. Maybe they didn't want it staining her face purple. Arr.
Her eyes are like Suigintou's, only they're lellow, not purple. Hence the creepy.
See? Sort of. Love!
Her hair is so long that they had to double it up in plastic pigtails. That was fun undoing.
That's about the only picture that gives you an idea of how much hair we're talking about. Haaaaaaaair.
Give me the camera. Now.
I think she's gorgeous, though unlike Suigintou, I'm not in dolly lust with the outfit, so she'll probably be changed shortly. The patch may or may not follow her around. Love the bangs, as they're like Chill's. You can style them, so they aren't blunt and prone to ugliness.
There are more, but I'm running late for bed, so you'll either have to rustle them up on your own [simple enough], or wait for the commentary tomorrow.
And for those keeping score, this is the first doll I've gotten since um... the last Rozen Maiden I snagged back in the spring sometime, I think. Yay, me. Of course, to make up for that, I've fallen off the wagon this fall and need to pay off Aquel next week.

And she has nice boots too :P I'm also thinking about buying a RM girl, I really want Kanaria and Hina Ichigo. But souseiseki (i really hope I spelled that right, probably not) is cute too... I cant decide boohoo :(
