impyOn principle, I decided not to watch most of this go round of Rock of Love. Mainly because I have some dignity still consider Heather to be Bret's match... but mostly the dignity. Anyway, I got sucked in when The Soup did some mockery and I saw Daisy. And thought, oh, God. She's the sort of girl I would probably punch, and I think far more violently than I ever actually act or even react. But, good...frickin'...God. After any extended period of time where they show her discussing anything, flailing her arms around like a spastic child, I'm struck by the urge to tie her arms to her torso and then get a blood sample to find out what the fuck she's on.
Also, anytime Bret would go on about how pretty/hot she was, I'd think, Um, she looks like a dude. A very, very plastic, trashy dude. Which, I suppose to be fair, is uncool to dudes. And usually she'd look less scary when out with Bret, but still. Scare. Small. Children.
And for those petty reasons [and the fact that she's obviously insane] I'm glad he picked Ambre or... however the hell she spells it.
While I'm kicking people for totally superficial reasons, reading this week's People made me realize something. Either someone went overboard on the airbrushing of Olivia Newton-John's daughter, or the girl is made of plastic. Her face is... wrong. I don't know how to explain it, and it's never been terribly noticeable in other articles they've done on her, or her mother, over the last couple of years. But this shoot? Spooky.
My brain is melting. That is all.
