Jul. 29th, 2008 04:24 amSo... we play good news/bad news. Ready? Okay.
Good news:
I was right. She did know more about his disappearance.
bad news:
Her knowledge seems to include him staying with some chick.
good news:
but he's not staying there permanently.
bad news:
but he is staying in Maine.
i heard about that whole moving to maine and woman he was staying with and stuff when i randomly ran into him online a little while ago, i was a bit shocked too actually but...geez, i didn't realise he just upped and disappeared, i'd be pretty pissed off too if i were you guys!
he went radio silent on me too but i ddn't think anything of it because we seem to have this thing where we'll talk a few times a week for a few months and then he disappears for about 3 months and then he's back...so when he did that i was like...yeah okay...but yeah, then he hit me with that. i spoke to him day before yesterday and apparently he's about to get a place, and he's got a new job so if it's working out for him then at least that's good even if he didn't go about it the right way.
So.
Dude.
Get the balls to tell me you've decided to devote the rest of your life as an extra in a Stephen King novel.
It's not like I'm going to travel to Maine, hunt you down, and then kick your ass.
Except, it seems, I so totally would, actually.
But he doesn't know that. Well, he might suspect, but I've pretty much trained the general public to assume I don't really travel. And I don't. But this time? I'm not taking this crap. If you're done, tell me you're done so I can kick your fucking ass and be done with it, too. JESUS.
Or, if this is just an extended gig, tell me that, too. The only reason I haven't begun packing for this little meeting [one can never plan too far in advance] is that I emailed him Saturday afternoon and I'm not sure he's been back online since.
Frickin'... I'm getting Scrubs and Neil in the split, if it comes to that, jackass. You can keep... well, no, see, you didn't bring me any musical goodness, did you? No. HA. Nor did you bring me TV or literary goodness, and the movies you brought [and left] will be mine for the gift-giving to my brother or something.
