Something weird is going on with the cat. Have to wait an hour before taking her in.

Which gives me almost enough time to trick her into the cat carrier.

Wish me luck. But mostly wish for kitty to be okay.

Sending good thoughts your way. I've been freaked out about the White Cat for the last week since his purr sounds changed, so I hope it's nothing for your kitty as well. :(

ohhh, poor White Cat. I'll send good kitty thoughts his way and hope that maybe he just adopted a new purr. And kitty and I thank you. :)

lol Actually, my mom's telling me that it probably means he's better than he was. I'm pretty sure he's got that cat herpes, so he's always had what I call "grunt purrs" and drools a ton, but recently he's been audibly purring so it weirded me out, but he also wasn't eating when I saw him. Anyways, she said he's actually drooling less so it's probably that he's getting healthier rather than sicker. He actually lives at my mom's house as an outdoor cat so I worry about him all the time, like when he disappears for too long, so I'm sure it's nothing. Thanks for the warm wishes though. Bad cats, giving us scares.

They have cat herpes? Wowza. Yay for less droolage and hopefully means he's getting better. Yay!

Weird, huh? Apparently it's kind of like our general herpes, where most of the population carries it, but only some get really affected by it. I thought he had a lung infection or something, but from reading, it just kind of causes like allergy symptoms, like the drooling and sneezing a lot which he used to do, but doesn't. I think we had him on L-Lyseine for awhile or something, but it doesn't seem to really bother him. Once we got him fixed he calmed down a lot too, which I think helps. He's my big giant baby. He's way more friendly and needy than most of our indoor cats.
