impyToday's plans are simple. I need to eat something. I need to shower. I need to work on my pumpkin army of DOOM. Which involves a trip to the pumpkin patch, unless it starts to pour again.
The problem with these plans? I'm dead tired.
I was a bit naughty yesterday in that I spent money I probably should have used on something else. But dammit, they're selling out of the stuff I wanted, so I made use of the save $10 coupon and actually saved myself $20. The only question is whether I'll try one more time.
Nellie. Nellie's spring party dress. Samantha's tea party shoes to go with her tea party dress. Nellie's accessories.
They sold out of the Middy dress. :( So. What do I do? Do I get Samantha's accessories? Do I stop while I'm sort of ahead? Do I buy one of the other Sam/Nellie things I've wanted over the years?
I'm leaning towards that one. Hell, I'd be ordering something this second if I weren't going to try calling and asking if one of the stores has the sailor dress.
So. What to do.
If you are confused, it's the "archiving" of Samantha and Nellie over on Americangirl.com/store and it's pissing me the hell right off. I get that they want to free up the love for some other dolls. I do. But I wish they'd just sent Nellie and Sam to live in Chicago/NY and let the rest of us get our fix that way instead of sending them away. It's just going to drive up ebay prices [it already has] and make little girls [or me] cry.
