impyI made crepes. And then I made them into cheese blintzes which were delicious. However, I forgot that with all that sugary goodness, you require something salty to offset the diabetic coma you're just begging to induce. Ah, well. They were good, no one died, and I didn't set fire to the house. Sadly, it took me until I was halfway through the batch to fully get a handle on the fine art of zee crepe. And Dad got all of those while Mumsy and I had the less than perfect starters. On the other hand, he also got the first batch of the blintz-goodness, and I suspect they weren't as good as the later ones, so I suppose it all worked out in the end. I love my new pan. I shall write it love letters.
