impyI wonder if there will ever come a day when I will be able to hear the Everclear albums I own or have acquired over the years and not have flashbacks or feel like someone kicked me. And yet do I stop listening? Only briefly. It's only three albums. I can suck it up when they randomly appear, ja? Except it's the easiest way to be right back there, even if there isn't necessarily a place I'd like to be. And I still think this lyric is all together too sweetly pretty considering the source:

In other news, before I pass out [had to wait out the damp hair. Soaking is bad for bed, but damp won't kill me]: the other day this guy, who will simply be 'this guy,' came into the store and kept smiling at me in a way that on anyone else would have probably been creepy, but on him was definitely endearing. The fact that he came back inside while the other guy he was with was checking out made me grin for the rest of the night. Luckily that was near the end of my shift as I'm unaccustomed to smiling that much and too much more and the pain would've kicked in.
