I have apparently moved onto the part of my cold cycle where all I do is try not to drool. That's the cute way of putting it, anyway. I become freakishly sensitive to salt and realize, ever briefly, how much stuff I like is salty. Blergh. Other than a fear of drowning in my sleep, I also run the risk of getting violently ill within the next 24 hours.

OR I could just skip that step and progress to needing to drink certain things and waiting for the slight throat irritation to clear out.
