I do believe today calls for a bit of good news/bad news.

Bad news first:
After an exhausting day at work fixing someone's mistake (and normally I grumble, but mentally cut them serious slack) and... stuff, it appeared Mums had talked me into having to go to a very sweet co-worker's house to do laundry. I'm in the midst of PMS land so... this did not fill me with joy. I know, I know. I can't even explain why. It just made me cranky.
When I came home, I found out that the Widget had again freakin' destroyed a memory card. This one was of Tracy's wedding. I was so mad I couldn't even see straight. The only good this about this being the second go round is that I already have the program to recover it. Sadly it appears he wiped out either Christmas 08, one of his school performances, or a giant chunk of the wedding. (There's about 40 or so images that could not be recovered.) To keep me from flinging myself off a cliff of annoyance, it appears I saw into the future and saved a good bit of the wedding photos elsewhere. Huzzah! Possibly also the fishing ones, which I think were also in the "oh, shit, did they survive?" panic.

The good:
Yesterday my Tori DVD came. The case is set up like a book, and it even has a bit of the history of the venue she played for the concert. The downside is that someone got a little too arty with the photographs when it came to the pictures of said venue. It's difficult to see what I'm sure is an awesome space. I haven't watched the DVD yet, but if nothing else, this will look good on the shelf.
I don't think I mentioned this, but Draculaura and Frankie came in... Wednesday, I think. I freed them of their plastic shackles yesterday and oh, my lord. They're adorable. I was a little worried about Ulla D (Draculaura for those who don't keep up) because the fangs are a bit strange in some photos and perfectly fine in others. Mine are fine and even cute. She seems a bit... shiny, which is a bit worrisome but I was half asleep at the time. Frankie is amazing, but I didn't really fear for her. I will say that I'm the only person on the planet who finds her as the "star" annoying. I have an exceptionally low tolerance for such things and... yeah. I understand why she is, I just wish they didn't harp on the 15 days old thing. It ceases to be cute really, really fast.
Pictures of Ghoulia leaked. :D She's actually on the creepier end of the spectrum, truth be told. Which is kind of blowing my mind. On the one hand, yay for creepy! On the other, does not really match how G seems to me in Webisode form. Go figure.


Thanks to the evil that is zallia, I've slowly been rewatching Sailormoon. And by slowly, I mean an episode a day. This puts me on episode 3 for tomorrow. :P Sailor V kick!

lol Yup, that's me! Yay! I need someone else to talk Sailormoon with! And I want to see someone else's answers to that meme. I had to put it on hold til I catch up with rewatching the good bits so I can plan out for eps/scenes/moments that they're asking about. And you'll probably still beat me. I started in Jan/feb? and am just now hitting the 70s hehe.

It's not you! The idea was cute, but yeah every mention of it's like okay, we get it. Cute idea, but either she knows enough to act like a teenager or doesn't and needs to act like a month year old. I guess I'd just like to see some of the others get more face time.

I think when he goes to see what picture he's taken, he keeps hitting erase all, or somehow formats the memory cards. What's really, really annoying is that sitting on the same desk was the camera he's allowed to use, with a memory card that could have been wiped and nothing lost.

I'm watching the sub (all two episodes! Yay me!) so far. There are a couple of episodes I remember really liking the dub for, so I imagine that when I get that far I'll watch both.

I'm trying to decide whether to start said meme now or wait until I'll be able to answer more of the questions. *muse*

And I'm glad I'm not the only one with the Frankie issue. She's adorable in small doses (the current Lagoona episode for one).
