Happy birthday, cauldroness! I hope it was a good one (and continues to be, for that matter.) :D

Worth noting, November is the most crowded month I've got for birthdays for other people. September and July are following close behind. Hrmm.

  You aren't to let me buy Widget anything big now. I just bought him the one toy he hasn't shut up about for the last month and a half and I'm pretty sure that the moment he gets it, he'll break it. I'm allowed stocking stuffers and a couple of smaller gifts as I find them, but for now... that's it. In fact, I am not allowed to buy anything unless hell freezes and there's something super sparkly awesome this weekend for either Friday or Monday or whatever sales are in between. And even then, it has to be amazing. Got that?

  Uhhh... Dawn if I have to pick just one. She was the star of the first BSC book I ever read (Little Miss Stoneybrook... and Dawn) and she loved ghosts even though in most other regards Dawn was pretty practical. As a kid I desperately wanted long hair, but mine tangled like crazy so it kept getting cut shorter than I wanted. She also had pierced ears in an uneven number amount and Dawn didn't seem to mind that Mary Anne was a bit of a wimp which meant she wouldn't have minded that I was a wimp. Childhood favorite and I still have a knee-jerk reaction to punch people in the face for bashing Dawn.
   Runner up? Stacey. Sophisticated Diabetes, man. As an adult type person, I've also come to truly appreciate Shannon and dude, Mallory, I've got your back. It's cool.

In other news, Widget woke me up this afternoon so we could decorate a bit for Christmas since he's leaving for the weekend sometime tomorrow morning. Fair enough. Except I went downstairs and things were insane. We'll ignore that because my blood pressure and all, and we'll skip to the MYSTERY. Mom informs me that there's a box addressed to Dad. o_O I open it and inside I find... two bottles of spray paint. O_o
  Did Dad order these ages ago and they just shipped them? If so, wherefrom? A bit of google-fu tells me it's courtesy of Shermin Williams. Well, that part makes sense, but still. So then I think maybe Sean ordered them for some reason and the account was probably still in Dad's name, right?
   Nope. Sean had nothing to do with this.

Eventually Mom calls and asks. It was a promotional thing. But wait. It gets weirder.
  I was just thinking this morning that I wanted a can of white spray paint. And now, now I have one. And a can of black. With bult in primer. I'm totally stealing these, k? If the boys have divided all the tools and Mom's got his clothes, I am getting the fucking freebie spraypaint he had nothing to do with, alright?

This has possibilities. *cackles*

LOL! Dawn was the star of the first BSC book I ever read, too (#50 Dawn's Big Date). Unfortunately, it was around the time she started becoming a shrill bitch, but yeah. Early!canon Dawn = awesomesauce :D

I am so doing this meme when I have a free chance, LOL. Between holidays and giftfics and Yuletide and fandom_stocking, tho, I don't need to add anything else to my plate, hehe.

And LOL @ the spray paint. Maybe your Dad is watching over you?
