impyDay Two: Favorite supporting female character:
Lagoona Blue from Monster High. It's funny; she's probably the first character anyone got a look at when the line appeared mysteriously in 2010, and she started out pretty strong in the webisodes, but it didn't take long for them to just shove her back to supporting and not main character status. Rant aside, I love Lagoona. She's awesome. ;) She's incredibly nice in each of her incarnations, she's easily the wisest of the bunch (see her interactions with Frankie about fitting in and Ghoulia in luv) but she's not insufferable about it. She's funny and her accent's cute and she's got freckles!
I'm not sure you understand how much of a big thing it is for me to like the sporty blond of the bunch. That never happens. NEVER. But Lagoona is just that cool that it was never an option to rebel.
Also? she's prettiful.
And I'd like to think we'd get along.
What's not to love?
I dig her little relationship with Gil and I wish the powers that be would realize Lagoona's just as interesting as the other ghouls and worthy of the attention they get.
Day 1 of my time off was spent cleaning my bathroom. I only boxed myself in three times. It's a new record! Also, I've bought way too much fucking makeup in the last five years. Seriously. o_O Oh, and I cleaned the bottom two shelves on my big, black bookcase so now I can actually use them.
Weirdness though. Earlier I heard Belle's "I lost my person" mew, which isn't one of the ones she shared with the other two cats. It took me a second to realize that's what I was hearing. *slowly blinks*
Oh, and while I'm throwing stuff out into the wind before I crash like a crashing thing (Oscars? What? No), anyone heard of Scentsy or had any experience with it? Cass is selling it and I bought some because you support your friends when you can, but I'd never really heard of it before. So tell me what you know?
