impyDammit, Smurf House, why does your Realtor suck so much? Mums called to ask about a variety of things since the application says once you submit it, they don't fix cosmetic stuff. I'd argue some of the things we noted are more than cosmetic but I'm a newb to this so... better safe, you know?
