Urrrgh, I so wish I could help you out more with this. There's plenty of places around here if you and the fams feel like moving!! Ha, I totally know what you mean about *that look*. Bars on the windows, dirt lawn, dirty windows/paint, door looks like it's been busted open before...pretty much the houses you see on Cops.
