Self, you have got to stop doing laundry so that it runs into bedtime. You just... do. *yawns*
To keep me awake, who wants to see the house decorated for the holidays? Sorta?
Good. Let's start.
Nothing of the doors yet because um, I took these on Christmas morning and if you think Widget would have let me outside prior to gifts, you're on crack.
So. You come in the 'front' door and a little to your right is the previously shown silver tree display and then the steps. Which look like this when a widget is bringing his odd-stocking haul down the stairs:

Look to the left on that photo and you'll see some color.

I think I borrowed this idea from some magazine a few years ago. I really like it, although we should have made another chain this year to replace the large one that didn't survive last Christmas. The door you can see there? Is my bedroom door.

I think these stockings are adorable.

Inside two of the three were Minion Surprise packs! (he got Agnes and her unicorn, remember?)

The third had a Scentsy bar.

The door to your right there is to the linen closet. Just so you know.

Mmm. Cinnamon Bear. Mmm.

At the top of the stairs you have to go left. If you don't immediately turn left again to go to my room or the linen closet, you go on and have your choice between Widget's door, Mumsy's door, and across from Widget's door but not pictured is the bathroom.

If you're in the living room and facing the 'front door', this is the hallway. Behold the lights! And a Widget wearing his new Christmas coat.

Three bookcases follow the wall. This is the first.

Second.

Snowflake being held up by a glue dot over the second.

Second turning into third. Started to make ornament garland. Got bored and ran out of yellow/gold and white ones anyway.

Third. Some of the cards and a gift from z for Widget!

Scary doll!

Mums, her owl tree, Widget, and my Scentsy in the background.

Widget opens his Minions.

He's so fluffy!

Lady dog has no need for your Christmas. Unless there's bacon.
Take a right and head through the kitchen and you wind up in the living room.

Kitchen is to the left in this photo and the right has the 'back door' but I always think of it as the front door.
That's Widget's tree.

We finally moved the tv in front of the rip on the wall. (You can see it from every other angle but the one I was in for the morning.) Blue lights aren't so impressive in daylight.

What, your mantel doesn't have a Buddha and your father's remains?

Whazzat?

Oooooooh! Skylander.

What's this?

The boy's dresser works for holiday displays.

Reading gifts is important.

But Angel cares not.

Widget and the boy his father had when he was a boy are now ready for presents.

This was my favorite display in our little section of the neighborhood but they took EVERYTHING down less than eight hours after this was taken. You guys do know that the 12 days of Christmas don't *end* on Christmas, right?

On our walk we ran across the cutest kitty with no tail!

So sweet. D'awww!
