Back to happier pursuits. Since tomorrow is the day my holiday pay check comes in (yay!) and my half birthday, I have decided to splurge on some AG stuff because waiting is just not for me. I know I want some Isabelle stuff because I do so love new shiny stuff.

Originally I planned on buying Isabelle's jacket/accessories but there's been a report of it staining dolls if left on for a day. Granted that's one person (who is bugnuts anyway) but I also know I'm lazy and even with stuff I know will stain, I still run the risk of not remembering to take it off after photo op times. But that jacket! D:

So... talk me into or out of it.

Also, I'm snagging something for z.

What else do I go for? Isabelle-wise, I was considering her coral sweater even if it's supposed to not be as soft as it looks (etsy people, take note and make some thumb-sleeve sweaters that are!) and maybe the legwarmers. Do I snag the ballet outfit? (The MyAG one) Since it has shoes and I only have one pair? Do I grab the Kit dress that keeps shimmering on and off the page, for Ruthie? (she's wearing it on the DVD cover, FFS, AG. It's hers!)

What to doooooooo...

I'm not sure about Isabelle's stuff, but I definitely recommend the Sweet Spring dress. I just received mine yesterday and it's SO PRETTY. It's SPARKLY! It's prettier in person than in photos, but I'll be doing a fashion show tonight with Josie (she'll also show off the Frosty Fair set). :D

Hooray, a surprise! More guilt to get me to take pictures finally!! If only I could stay awake for more than an hour after I get home at night. -_- I don't know what's wrong with me!

I haven't checked today, but it did just seem to be that one special person that you've discussed here before and not for positive reasons. I was inclined to believe her, but nobody else has chimed in on getting stained and she just BARELY got that doll. And then I read about her spazzing out cause it HAS TO GO IN A BUN OR THAT DOLL IS DEAD TO HER FOREVER and she fucking had to take it out at the checkout desk to make sure regardless of floor models being out and now they'd have to chuck it to auction despite any actual flaws. Uuuugh. So yeah, I still say go for the jacket.

I was wearing my thumb-hole shirt yesterday! Love them! Is it Kit's summer dress? The summer dresses do seem to be disappearing at an alarming rate...

Hm and everyone expected the ballet outfit to disappear, but it didn't right off, but it might not come back once stock is out, but that doesn't make much sense since Is is only a year, but it could be til next year that a revamp is done. Plus it comes with the leg warmers, too? But the pink is kinda boring. To me anyways.

Those pink ballet shoes sure are cute though, even though I prefer the strappy gladiator things, the color's kind of weird, and that hair kit is a joke, so if you want official ballet slippers, that may be the way to go!

I adore the strappy gladiator things, and I kinda love the color (at least in photos?) so that outfit will be mine, eventually. I cackled when someone posted photos of their doll in that outfit with Isabelle's jacket because it's a very Grease looking thing (which I've never watched and now that I can't hear Olivia Newton John without cringing, probably never will) but I will need to replicate it for funsies.

They can't trick me with their other options for shoes! It's just a matter of will they trick me with the ballet outfit...

I feel your pain on the coming home and passing out within the hour. I did find that if you come home and go straight to bed and sleep until you just cannot sleep anymore you will a) feel better and it kind of resets the sleep thing so long as you say, "Suck it, Science!" or something similar and b) you will miss a sale on something you want. :P


That girl drives me insaaaaaaaane. She's been looking for reasons not to buy Isabelle (I really loved her "I'll buy her and then return her in a couple of months if I don't feel she's worth the increased price tag" comment.) and the whole "I'm gonna make this $120 item unsellable in store because she's dead to me if she cannot have her hair in a bun despite NUMEROUS people showing me it is totally possible" thing is just icing on the crazy cake. Plus she's racist as fuck, so I spent all of Cassy's time when she was living up there praying the two would run into one another so Cass could "accidentally" hip-check her down the escalator.

Yup, that's the dress I'm talking about. Kit's summer dress. If I were smart, I'd probably grab the remaining summer dresses and tell Isabelle she'll have to wait til free shipping or tax return time. But... new shiny! That jacket!

I suppose I'm off to AG to make some hypothetical carts and see which one makes me flinch less.

And then off to Scentsy to do the same!
