i hate my landlady

impyDear universe,
it would be super awesome if this house we're going to look at today fulfilled the following:
a) is easily found
b) not in any section of town that's going to raise some security/safety issues
c) is a proper size/fit for us
and finally, if all of the above is true, may d also be true:
d) may they love us and let us move in.
If a-c can't happen (thus nullifying d), may we please, please, please find a place like... now that does?
Because I'm starting to panic.

I don't even remember which State/Country you live in, but a lot of places in my neighborhood (Woodinville/Bothell in Washington) have recently become available. All 2 to 3 bedroom manufactured homes (double-wide trailers) in the Northshore school district, 90% of the neighborhood are retired folks.
