What am I supposed to do with this?

impyAdventures in shopping! That's a thing, right? It should be, anyway. So last... Monday? Tuesday? Whenever, I ordered my fun Halloween stuff and summer marshmallow goodness from BBW, yes?
And got my shipping notice on the 24th and the box was scheduled for arrival on the 26th. There was indeed a box on my porch at dinner on Friday, but Mom said that it made a weird clinking sound and we both worried that my shinies were broken.
Nothing was broken but also nothing was mine. They'd sent me someone else's order, complete with their invoice. o_O
I immediately emailed BBW and asked wtf, man.
Saturday morning was the Yankee Halloween release party and I did a little damage there. Since I was paying with Paypal and Yankee was notorious last year for accepting orders and then canceling parts of them, I thought I'd check to make sure things looked okay so far. Imagine my surprise when I see a refund from BBW (two, actually, but in different amounts) on the 25th. Uh...
I get an email last night with this:
Which is weird enough because why would I rather have my money back instead of just getting my stuff actually sent? My email to them actually said I very much wanted my order, in fact so... nothing about that says refund. It says send the items again.
Sigh.
So today's got a free shipping code if you hit $50, which I can totally do no real problem. It's just figuring out that last bit to push me over since there are so many things I want but what do I want most.
But the real question is... what, exactly, am I supposed to do with the other person's stuff?

I have issued a credit for this order of $28.07 back to your PayPal account on 8/27. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for this credit to appear on your statements.
If you decide to replace this order, please contact us and we will be more than happy to take care of you and honor the sale price that you had on that day.
