Catching up

impyUgh. Zit right by my lip and oh, how it's painful. Related, I suppose, but when I braved the rain to get the mail today I found my ~mystery~ face wash that I'm doing as part of a survey thing. I guess we'll see if it does the job, eh?
Oh, and once more my theory that ordering AG stuff on Sundays is the way to go has been proven correct. I had a coupon (not exactly the one I thought I did but that was my fault for not reading properly) and it was expiring, so I snagged Rebecca's new coat since that's been listed as limited quantities for a bit as well as two of the mix and match tops from the June release last year.
18.) Favorite vacation spot:
Again, I have no idea. I'll probably go with California because I really liked the idea of them going to Dawn's father's house and the hijinks that followed, even if Mal totally got shafted on that storyline. But I also remember how much Dawn wanted her California life and her Stoneybrook life to be closer and I get that. When you love people who live so far away from one another that you just want them all in one place even if you know it would never work.
19.) Favorite holiday book:
I know you. I know you all, and you're all thinking it's gonna be a Halloween book. And you would be wrong because it's Secret Santa. I love books like this SO. DAMN. MUCH. Sure, it's not one you can read at dinner (well, not easily) but it's interactive and awesome and very Christmas-y in just the right kind of way.
20.) Favorite couple in the book:
Mal and Ben, maybe? We're going with actual couples and not almost or coulda/shoulda beens (which is where I think Sam/Stacey land) and they worked well together. They were actually cute and adorkable and fine, fine, it might be my love of redheads and Australia and I don't need this kind of interrogation!
...and it just hit me that Mal and Ben are also a 'ship in Disney's Descendants. I know, I know, different things entirely but the names tripped me up for a second.
21.) Favorite couple not in the book (as in who you wanted to get together but didn't):
Kristy/Alan or Sam/Stacey. I'm not saying Kristy and Alan would've been a 'ship for the ages, but I think they'd have been fun. I love a good sparring love/hate relationship, honestly.
I'm not really sure if S/S were one you could consider a "didn't" or not since they danced around it so much but at the same time it didn't seem to really take. I think they'd work really well together and I'd have liked to see it play out.
