Okay. First of all, we don't recognize Sweet Valley Confidential as a thing so that's out. It also means that The Sweet Life will not be a thing either, though that one did start out with promise... promise it immediately set ablaze.
Nope, I'm going with SVU's Secret Love Diaries: Jessica. Also known as the return of Devon. Fucking. Whitelaw. Jessica admits he's a total shitstain of a person and yet he's the one that got away and she can't stand that Liz got to be with someone and she didn't (I mean, she doesn't say it like this but years and years of rage have distilled it down to this) and it's basically Devon stringing Jess along and it's infuriating. I remember having to wait ages to finally get the book, because this was not in print all that long, and when I finally did, the raaaaaaaaaaage. The rage that I'd waited for this? Devon continued to be an awful character and I'm not sure I'd ever buy that Jessica would hold a torch for him.
Also, pretty damn sure that's not Brittany Daniel... which means you've got Liz on the cover of Jessica's book. :P

If Twin 1 is Jess, it's after Liz has officially dated him, if Twin 1 is Liz, it's usually before Jess gets a crack at him. Like... why did the diaries just make Jess get Liz's leftovers? I will forever be baffled by this.
