Book mini rant

impyFinished Paperback Crush and I have some thoughts- some good, some bad, but they will need to wait til tomorrow. However I can't keep my mouth shut and not say something about the utter lack of credit given to a good chunk of the cover artists whose work was reprinted in glorious form in the book. Hell, that's my second favorite thing about it and probably why I will buy it eventually.
But it took me 30 seconds to check the artist listed for The Last Vampire and that's not a difficult book to hunt down. I'm pretty sure a quick Google search will turn up the artist (artists?) for The Sleepover Friends books.
If Tumblr of all places knows better than to not just post someone else's art and just say all art belongs to the artist, I think a book that's clearly using the art as a selling point can do better.
