impyI believe that at some point I promised pictures/babbles of my slightly insane nail polish adventure this past fall. It's taken me forever because turns out, working straight on through the holidays with no additional days off while everyone else in the universe has vacation will make you want to kill other people and yourself. I mean, who knew, right. Also, I keep forgetting that my camera died so I must rely on the kindness of my phone and as you will see, that is a stupid idea and I should get a new camera because holy fuck, these are garbage.
We'll be bouncing around because some I've already used, some I'm about to use, and some are just random.
This is my Zoya 70% off sale haul:

For anyone doing one of the % off sales, the gift sets are usually worth it if included as they're basically buy 3, get 1 free to begin with. I just don't have enough polish lovers locally to justify doubles in the other quads, alas. I miss my Ari. ;_;
So, the PixieDusts are textured which means they dry super fast and I just slap a billion coats of top coat on them so I don't pick them into oblivion as I hate the texture. :P But they're pretty! A good chunk of this order has been sitting in my "SHINY!" wishlist for awhile. I should point out that I'm not 100% sure I correctly ID'd Rihana and Etta, but when next to one another in the bottle in person, they aren't identical. I just don't remember which is which off the top of my head. :P Naturally, the red group shot is the one that didn't come out at all.
Alessia, Julianne, Sansa
Of the bunch, only Sansa is kinda disappointing to me. Here she looks purple, or at least purple adjacent, and it's possible that on the nails the purple will come through, but in the bottle it just looks like a sparkly brown with a shimmer. This is a pretty crap shot of Alessia but the swooning is real. ♥ I also really like Julianne in the bottle.
I just don't know what to make of you, Sansa.
Dallas, Isla, Elphie, Nyx
Dallas is obviously a topper. One that I am about to use, possibly over Elliot though I haven't 100% decided. I was going to wear Nyx, and it's still possible I might change my mind, however I've worn purple polishes two weeks in a row and I kind of want something different. If not this week, it'll be soon.
The greens! Elphie, Apple, Wednesday
I'm hoping Elphie will give me the pretty green I want without the stink that Merida has. Also, without the flashbacks to the flu when I wore Merida. *twitch*
Aspen, Trixie, and Dallas
Aspen is a Satin and I want to see what that's about and Trixie has been on my Shiny list for forever. I'm looking at this trio and wondering why I'm not making this my choice this week. *muse*

Lumiere, Unfortunate Souls, Brick Sidewalk, Aquarius 2, Havana Nights, November, Mother of Dragons
LL is replacing KL polish and this was the last of the KL polishes that looked interesting enough to take a chance on. If the pinks don't scream me to you, it's because they were bought for Mums to see if either is a dupe for an Ella + Mila shade she fell in love with. I have probably bought a million blues like Aquarius 2 but ask me how much I care. Capricorn is just lovely and I should've worn it during Capricorn season. Mother of Dragons waited so long because it seems fairly similar to Medusa. Brick Sidewalk is one I thought for sure I had already so I bought it so I'd stop thinking I had it without actually having it, and Havana Nights was a surprise purchase as I kinda fell in love with it when looking for something else.
Alas, this is a terrible shot for Jefa and Cold Turkey, though it does shown that Jefa's more green and CT is more blue.
My big Cyber Monday/Black Friday order was from Pahlish, an indie brand who made a color I fell in love with earlier in the year and then did a Black Friday exclusive that I fell hook, line, and sinker for. Naturally, neither of those colors are in this shot because they're two of the colors I've worn already. Ah well?
London Fog, Pas de Deux, Fiji, Imperial Theater
Dracarys, Odette, Seaside, Gold Dust, Noel
Odette is the first tier Black Friday freebie and Noel is a sample batch topper. Gold Dust is also a topper and I ordered another topper you'll see in a second, Goldsmith and I'm kinda unable to tell them apart yet. I thought Goldsmith would be more flakie and Gold Dust would be more regular glitter but in person eh? Maybe Dust'll look way different on the nails. In any case, I'm pretty damn happy with these colors and Dracarys is likely to be my Valentine's shade.
Behold, the Holo Tacos and polishes I've worn or kept downstairs for whatever reason.
Midnight Spark, Royal-Tea Blue, Party Punch, Goldsmith, Cosmo
Midnight Spark is from the Holodays collection launch that took forever to ship and mine got lost along the way. I finally got mine the day of goddaughter's birthday party and I wore it then and while my pictures suck, it's prettifuls in person. ♥ Royal-Tea Blue was free with purchase and Party Punch was because apparently I went on a red kick over the sale weekend. Who knew. There's the previously mentioned Goldsmith that I tried over a couple of polishes (Zoya's Tanya and KL Polish's Cozy in There?) to mixed to bad results. Cosmo is from my actual Black Friday Zoya order and it's really pretty.
Holo Taco Super Glossy Top Coat, Rainbow Snow, Space Cowboy, Clockwork Castle, Elliot
I'm including Super Glossy there because it is currently my favorite top coat and I'm weeping because it's so fucking expensive. It dries ridiculously fast and is super shiny and thick and I love it and please, please, please have a sale again, soon. ;_; Rainbow Snow was my NYE look and it's booful. Last week's look was Space Cowboy which I swear is purple with a red shimmer. It's the first Pahlish color I remember truly falling in love with (I fell in serious like with London Fog) but -insert Pepper Ann squawk- the price. It was/is gorgeous on the nails and the sale was totally worth it. :D Clockwork Castle is the entire reason I was tempted by the Pahlish sale to begin with. I really wanted that polish. It is STUNNING. It also meant I spent a crapton at Pahlish, which I only did once I realized that with the sale and the two "freebies", it was at a price I'd actually consider buying if I happened across such lovelies in store. Clockwork was my second week this year, though my ring finger refused to give it up until yesterday so yeah, it lasts especially when paired with Super Glossy. Elliot is the other half of my Zoya BF sale. Described by Zoya as "a blackened peacock blue."
eta: I finally went with two nails with Aspen (it looks like glittery snow!), two with Trixie, and my thumbs have Elliot topped with Dallas so it kind of looks like snow falling at night.
