So if Maryellen reminded me of Gabrielle from Xena, Courtney here is basically oozing all the Lea Thompson vibes. And Zack Morris. It is most confusing.



Thoughts are under the cut. These are quick because I am going to sleep, goddammit, before noon, even if I have to drug myself to do it. Anyway.

Hate the bed. It looks cheap as fuck. Love the CB stuff mostly, though I think poor Bedtime looks very strange. My teeth are still on edge each time I look at the sleeping bag because I can just feel/hear the fabric of those licensed sleeping bags in the 80's and early 90's and it was NOT A GOOD TIME. Ditto the sheets, honestly. I kinda hate how the phone is cloudy plastic and not clear, as the clear plastic was the point. Maybe it looks cloudier than it really will be? But the bed. Looks so, so cheap. I don't normally go all GRR ARGH at first sight but jesus. It looks like it's held together by pink drinking straws.

I keep thinking that poster on the wall says Heathers. Then I think it says Heather. Then I wonder if it's meant to be a Glamour Shots kinda deal. And round and round my brain goes.

School: So I guess we'll just be going right on in on Challenger, huh? I suppose there was no getting around it given the year of 86 but still, some people were like, "maybe we won't." Blackboard says otherwise, chums.

The TV is too skinny. I want that lunch box. I want it to smell like lunchboxes of my youth. I want the binder and school supplies. I want her to stop making me think of Zack Morris in this outfit. Love the shoes. Love the whole picture, really. Also uh, wow. Court really has a look, huh?

Mallrat. Not sure how I feel about this whole look but her shirt is reminding me of the Skipper and Courtney tee-shirt dolls. The skirt is cute and I like the blue tights.

Ahhh, PacMan. How I used to love you. However there was always a line so I developed a love for pinball, myself.

Tiny picture has me curious about the dress.

Mostly I wonder why, why, why she has no lipcolor. I know she's got a lipsmacker. C'mon, AG. You went from orange on everyone (WHY) to no lips on anyone. What gives?

Currently the release date seems to be Sept. 15th.


Don't have time to try and track down originals myself right now, and also I gather AG yoinked her stuff from being easily found again. Curses, AG, curses.

All the Peach Cobblers are up in Dropbox! Not sure what your choosing order is, but you can peek at them regardless. I already made my selections, though I have no idea what order I am either. If it's too high, I may only be getting 1 instead of 3. There's only 1 Lee I like and only 2 Lollygags.
