The car decided even my modest plans were far too much and now I'm in limbo and it's just one of those birthdays where it feels like the universe has decided to mess with you juuuuuuuuust enough to make you crazy but not enough to really rank as the absolute worst.
Oh, fun. I'm not the most celebratory person in the first place, but that's definitely another reason why I don't put much into my birthday. I'd be annoyed if it was a shitty day, so I just stopped caring.
Here I was, feeling bad for being so late with my gift...but maybe it was a good thing?
(I was thinking last Friday night, "tomorrow, I will get up and make the banner, I will get up and make the banner," and of course I promptly forgot. Sorry! I swear I didn't forget about your birthday altogether, I'm just a terrible friend!!)
