The frickin' books came back AGAIN. And this time it says additional postage due is $3. Wtf, man. It's not like I'm out here guessing at postage. Your stupid machine is the one printing the postage based on the weight and measurements, ffs! *screams*


I want to whine and throw things but other than the PBS fiasco there, I'm either at an adult level of "well, you can't always get what you want and you live" or have hit that level of "woe is me" where nothing matters because all is numb. And I really cannot tell the difference right now. I'm hoping for the former but willing to admit the latter is far more likely. :P


We shall not jinx work so no stories, but fear not as another has been added to the backlog. Oi.

Alas, I never go by the Post Office when it's open. If they don't get back to me (I did put in a complaint online after looking for far longer than one should have to), I might swing by one and let them know. Especially since I went in to use the machine myself this time (ironically, Mums had done the first try because she's always had better luck with it in the past) and it's giving out the wrong price. G'ah!

I've definitely started and even finished a few entries and just deleted them because I don't want to remember or have a record of some things. Sigh.

Being an adult seems way less fun than my parents made it seem, and if I'm being honest, it didn't seem like a barrel of laughs from watching them so wtf, universe.
