AG spring stuffs part 2?

impyAccording to leaks on IG, we should be getting new AG stuff soon. But when asked when, I swear it's like she had a stroke when answering so who the fuck knows. With my luck, as soon as I order using my rewards, or as soon as April begins, whichever comes first.
Anyway, as I know not everyone uses IG and I believe in bringing things back to my little corner of the internet to mull them over, let's see what we've got, shall we?
Let's begin with the possible nightmare fuel, shall we?
Leaks from a survey about a month ago surfaced and it was pretty clear that AG wanted back in the stuffed animal game. The prices I've heard floated around are like, $25 and up and most people went with "but why". And seeing these? WHY GOD WHY did you do their mouths like this?! WHY.
I do like the cat, though. Flurry and the rest will haunt my nightmares and look like something you'd find on Cartoon Network at 4am. I'd think they were 100% cuter without the open mouths, btw.
This means we're also getting more of the regular doll sized pets:
Licorice and Coconut are coming back, which makes me wonder if Licorice will also show up in bigger stuffed form. I will warn you that the orange tabby I ordered when it was on clearance has a most unattractive flat face and I gather this is a known issue for the cats so my excitement on them is tempered. I do think it's beyond time for them to have a black lab (that is what the first one is, right?) but I might be biased because both of my dogs were part black lab. Angel was lab and chow and Lady was lab and everything including the kitchen sink.
I don't understand how AG fails in animal form so often when original Coconut and the design they used for ages was ADORABLE. The fact that Licorice looks like she's gonna cut a bitch is something I enjoy. Cotton Candy kitty knows where you sleep and is going to get you back for this.

Vet outfit, apparently. I mean, I should probably just grab Kira's, huh?
Rumors have swirled since maybe last fall that Kira was getting shuffled over to the WBU line and people are taking this as confirmation since it's a new Kira outfit in not-her-year. Don't have the brain space for anything beyond I WANT THIS NOW. I'll buy two if the flannel is actually a shirt and not a glorified butt covering.

I'm not actually sold on this set, like at all, but I think Maryellen looks frickin' adorable and I do like the slippers. Stop making me want you, ME. Stop it.
Kinda the inverse of ME's offering. I like everything but the slippers. Alas, they're not anywhere near as adorable as her original set but I'll be buying them because Melody needs love and these are cute. Plus AG's been slacking hardcore on their PJs game so I must reward them. Oh, and people are losing their minds (happily) because she's getting winter PJs. Slippers still look dumb, sorry.
And now we move onto Nanea's stuff.
I have so many questions and no answers, AG.
Mele's getting new eyes and mebbe a new nose? I'm just happy she's still got Mele, honestly. Nanea is probably the only AG doll I would not seperate from her pet because I'd feel bad about it. Had I the room and more liking for AG's horses, I'd feel the same about Penny and Lyssie.
I really, really like the colors used on Nanea's new PJs. I'm going to need to see that pocket closer but really, these will be coming home ASAP.
This is going to be like Julie's swimsuit and get used as not a swimsuit. And if that helps sell more of Nanea's stuff? Go for it. I'm hoping they don't charge a fortune for any of the things I want because I want most of the new historical stuff (don't need new Mele probably, not sure wtf is with the Hawaiian shirt set, and I'll need more intel on ME's pajamas) and nothing but a backorder is keeping me from Kira's new outfit.
Wait. People are speculating that Kira's new outfit is less an outfit and more a new Meet to officially move her into WBU. Um...fuck.

AG themselves frequently fail, people who are well known for their AG photography have issues (or maybe I just dislike the current trends) and I am forever bitter than I cannot capture the cuteness properly myself. Rude, AG. Rude.
As for Kira: I hate absolutely EVERYTHING about her being shunted to the WBU line. It's not needed, the line already looks white enough even if it's not actually that way, and it doesn't fucking need a white girl at all. I was really, really hoping they weren't actually doing it, but feared that since they cracked down on every single public mention of it... probably because it looks really fucking shitty.
...but I need that outfit. So like, don't be Kira's. Just be an outfit modeled by Kira.
