Vexed. Placed an order for a present for Mums and maybe the goddaughters from CB on the 3rd and didn't think too much of it because there seemed to be plenty of time for it to arrive since it's coming from FL. On the 6th it says it shipped, but that could've been just the label being printed.


It fucking hasn't moved since. When the catalog, which was shipped after my order, arrived on the 13th, I decided to take a chance and email them to see if maybe my order just got shunted off to the side due to the flurry of the new releases. And then I promptly remembered, as I finished my email, that I'd be sending this on the eve of their big launch going public. Shit shit shit. Still. It hadn't moved in a week, so why not try?

Yeah. I got a "no, yeah, that's USPS not scanning anything until it reaches a big hub, nothing we can do, just sit and wait, sorry" reply.

I'm two states away, by now it should've hit a hub SOMEWHERE. This is on the heels of them shipping mini Lantern and Soot in the cheapest envelope I've seen in awhile, smooshed to all hell, and Lantern's wonktastic eye. I know they don't give a shit about the US but damn.

Yeah, the quality control on the little CBs is questionable. My Nessie has one ear fin bigger than the other and Soot's eyes are fucked up. I'm getting them from Valerie, along with Lantern and another baby Bod, so hopefully she takes pics.

I'm glad they did something about the missing package!

I'm kinda glad to know mine aren't special in their wonk but also wish maybe there weren't quite so many very special little ones running around. One of Lantern's eyes is just very droopy compared to the other, but Mums loves him so that's what matters. I wish you the best luck with your littles!

I'm 98% sure someone looked and realized they never actually mailed my package because the new order has the exact same tracking info as the old package. :p Either that or the old one finally made it out of the warehouse. Guess we'll find out.
