A quick recap. I'm in the kitchen, bitching to Mom when I notice the mailman is at our house. I'm not about to be suckered into hoping for the impossible [Fanatica arriving], and then I notice my brother is still here. And he's talking to the mailman. So I shriek [in midsentence, naturally], "Fanatica! FANATICA!" and for a second my mother looks at me like I've gone and lost my damn mind. I did, but honestly, you'd think she'd have noticed sooner. Anyway, I'm in no shape to go outside and rescue my precious, she does.

She also carries Fanatica and my snack [my hands were full and I could only make one trip] upstairs. Because my Mommy loves me, and also, I think she felt guilty at being a bit glad I finally got to suffer through a fraction of what she suffered through for years. :p Anyway. Fanatica and I are in my room and the lights are off because I'm hoping to pass out shortly, so the pictures look a little crappier than usual because of this. Fanatica forgave me, hopefully you will too. ;)




"What, no big party to free me from the shipping box?"
Sorry, but if you want out of there anytime today, it's just you and me, and the little knife.

*whispers to her doll who replies with a very quiet* rar.

I'm not sure she's a Dru, as Isa seems to be infinitely more unstable than she is. On the other hand she could be a Dru, but not a Drusilla. Or maybe she'll just reinvent the Drusilla thing. *shrug*

Decided to see if the people who kept going on and on about the similarites between Fanatica and CC were right. They both dissolved into giggles at the idea. Fan's lighter than CC, her eyes are much darker the hair is obviously different, and the makeup on each is done so that they look nothing alike once you ignore the basic Pullip face is the same, and that they both have dark hair and brown eyes. CC's makeup makes her look totally different. Also, she has lips Fan would kill for.

Now to introduce her to the girls. Expect Tishy to immediately suspect Fan of being an assassain, Princi to not be overly impressed, and Alice to roll out the welcome wagon. Isa's still mad because I undid her braids, so ... yeah.

Funny that your thinking of calling her Dru/Drusilla. I was considering the same thing myself, although now it occurs to me that she might be a Mina. She *does* have that Winona look about her (someone else named her after Lydia from Beatlejuice :p)...have to wait till she's here to know for sure.

*bows* Thank you. Ever since Mumsy saw Fanatica she keeps saying, "She looks like that girl from Beetlejuice, what was her name?" which is the easiest way to make the name fly out of your head and never, ever come back. But she does.

And great minds and all that jazz. Dru! Tis the dolly, I think. That or my assumption that all dolls are just begging to have issues. *cough* Well, not all, but it's more fun that way.
