I did the same thing to my poor Mina. Because, paragon of Pullipdom that I be, carelessness is yet one one of my faults as well. I rigged her an undershirt and doubt the damage will spread further, as I think it is only the waist bit that stains.

Don't worry though! It can be fixed. The solution: Clearasil. The mystical doll stain remover heals all, so far as plastic surface injuries are concerned.

Yay! Of which I just bought a miracle tube. Now to go assure Princi that yes, yes I will buy her a whole new wardrobe to make up for her horrible, no good, very bad day. But no trips to Australia.

Also, oddly enough I feel better knowing that even the coolest of the cool have been known to do the same thing.

That or french fries are magic.
