Oh ebay, why do you make me so sad?

And now for a moment of WOE. It's nothing big, but... it's WOE. I bought a lot of books and videos on eBay with my ebay Bucks. (okay, fine, that essentially covered the shipping, but still) It was one of those 3am purchases that actually still looks good in the light of day. A bunch of BSC videos (four and the movie), enh copies of Chain Letter and Secret Santa, the first BSC graphic novel (the only one I don't own), and the postcard book (this will make the fourth or fifth copy of this that I've owned over the years). It's a nice little odd-lot and I was so freakin' excited about getting to see the BSC series in all its VHS glory that I've been counting down the days until it arrived.

The box appeared today, crammed in my mailbox. It was heavier than I thought it would be, but figured it was just the nature of the box or something. I open it up and it's like a million of the Clique novels.

Of all the book lots to be accidentally sent, THIS is the one I get? I admit I peeked just to make sure Monster High wasn't there (no such luck) and then came upstairs and found a note from the seller admitting the mix-up and asking me to send the other box back. She's very nice about it, but I'm still kind of bummed that I have to wait even longer for my videos. :(

I am holding steady in last place in the comp. Woo! I'm now so far behind that I guess I'll just have to embrace it like when I start losing, badly, in Phase 10 or Mahhjong. You have to celebrate your ability to come in so far behind everyone else that it's moved beyond not funny and circled back to amusing.

Or that's how I play the games, anyway.

I'm going back to making my Monster High mood theme. I don't even know *why* since every time I go to replace my Charmed one, I fall in love with it all over again. But there's always a chance, I suppose.
