MG2 descends

Ugh. I'm still sick as hell so... I might not be making any sense.

But I need something to focus on until I can call work and tell them no, I will not be coming in to puke in their bathroom.

Last weekend I lurked on ebay to see if there were any less-than-retail Marie Grace dolls for grabs. I suspect most people are holding them for the NOLA-pocalypse since most of the dolls I found were either NIB and way over retail (which means way over what they paid for them) or... no, that was actually how most of them were.

I did find one non-MG identified doll and watched her. For science, you see.

And then it turns out I won her. Probably by a penny since it went up to my highest bid.

I'm sure I paid too much, but I had no interest in trying to sell her Meet outfit (and I'd want to keep the boots anyway, which would make selling the outfit impossible) and also, the idea of trying to unkink factory fresh braids was a little daunting.

So... I figure I didn't make out too badly since she was still under retail after shipping.
